Every leader needs a place to think out loud.
You’ve been holding it all together for a long time.
What if , for one hour a week, you didn’t have to.
when you need a qualified sounding board:
Weekly Coaching (1 hr /week)
I’m your dedicated, strategic partner who's been there — who understands the juggling act of work, kids, aging parents, and a world that doesn't slow down. You'll leave every session with more energy and more perspective than you walked in with. That's my first commitment to you.
1:1 coaching gives you the space to notice what's actually true, what you're carrying that was never yours to carry, and what you might choose differently if exhaustion weren't making the choice for you.
And some days, it's about remembering there's a version of you underneath all the managing, and giving her somewhere to be heard.
Group Workshops
Your team already knows they should communicate better. You know exactly which patterns they fall into, the same conversation landing in the same place every time. The challenge is that the person best positioned to break that pattern is also the person they report to, and that history is exactly what gets in the way of anyone saying the true thing out loud. An outside facilitator buys you what internal training can't: permission, from someone who's actually sat in the room during layoffs, crises, and the moments a team stopped trusting each other.
Some of the workshops often requested:
Assertive, not Aggressive
Lead like Yourself
Say the Hard Things Well
Shifting the Team Mindset
Rewire the Default Response
This isn’t about adding to your to-do list.
It’s about putting you back on it.
Feel better at the end of every session.
There's a particular kind of tired that comes from holding everything together- work, the people who depend on you, the things you never say out loud because who has time. Most advice tells you to optimize it. I don't think that's the problem. I think the grief of carrying it alone, without anywhere to set it down, is what erodes you.
My work isn't focused on helping you do more. It's to be the person in your corner who won't add to the list, so you can keep showing up, with more clarity and renewed energy.
I coach from iPEC's Core Energy framework: deep listening, honest reflection, and challenging the beliefs and thought patterns that keep you stuck. We ground back into what actually matters to you, and the load itself starts to feel different. That's the work underneath the work.
how it feels to work together…
"Working with Kim is like..."
Kari M., HR Director
"Working with Kim feels like having the person everyone wants on their team, in your corner. Her deep inner knowing stems from a well of human compassion that perfectly blends a subtle yet profound ability to chisel away at surface material and reveal the brilliance underneath. Each conversation nurtures seeds of change. Growth feels and remains within reach. And alignment happens so gradully that the magic of her presence is undeniable."

in your corner
the little book that helps you show up for someone else
Sometimes it's not you who's carrying something heavy. Maybe someone you love is managing through a the hard diagnosis, a loss, a hard season with no easy fix. You want to help, but "let me know if you need anything" never feels like enough.
In Your Corner is a small poetry book made for exactly that moment. Twenty-five poems, written for soft hearts doing hard things, small enough to hand to someone or keep by your own bed. Sometimes just letting them know they aren’t carrying it alone is enough.
Everything starts with a conversation.
Schedule a free 1:1 intro session with me and we’ll just take it from there.

No, this is not therapy. And that distinction matters to me. Therapy tends to look backward, toward healing what happened. This work looks forward, at who you're deciding to be next. I'm not here to diagnose or treat anything. I'm a strategic partner who's spent almost thirty years in rooms like yours. If what you're carrying calls for clinical support, I'll say so directly and help you find the right person.

My work rests on one idea: durable change happens at the level of who you've decided to be, not just what you do differently on Monday. Whether we're in a 1:1 session or I'm facilitating a workshop, we're not chasing another productivity hack. We're working with identity, values, and the stories you're currently living inside of, drawing on nearly three decades of behavioral science, organizational leadership, and individual coaching.

One-on-one sessions are $200 each, typically booked as a weekly hour for as long as it's useful to you. There's no fixed long-term contract but most clients commit to at least 10 weeks to get the full benefit of consistent work together.
If your company offers a professional development stipend, individual coaching typically qualifies. It’s worth a quick ask to your manager or HR before you rule this out on cost.
If you're reaching out on behalf of your team or organization, on-site workshops start at $5,000 depending on the size of the group.
